2. Return Policy
At Elite Watches, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions outlined in this policy.
To qualify for a return:
- The watch must be unworn and unused.
- The watch must be in its original condition.
- All original packaging must be included.
- All accessories, manuals, certificates, warranty cards, spare links, tags, and documentation must accompany the return.
- Any protective films and security seals must remain intact.
- Proof of purchase must be provided.
Elite Watches reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

4. Return Process
Because luxury watches are high-value products, please do not return any item without first contacting us.
After your return request has been approved, we may provide:
- Return authorization.
- Shipping instructions.
- A prepaid return shipping label, where applicable.
- Packaging recommendations to ensure the safe transport of your watch.
Unauthorized returns may be delayed or refused.
5. Return Shipping Costs
If your return is approved due to:
- An incorrect item shipped by Elite Watches,
- A damaged product received during delivery, or
- A confirmed manufacturing defect,
Elite Watches will cover the reasonable return shipping costs.
For all other approved returns, customers are responsible for return shipping expenses unless otherwise stated.
6. Insurance and Shipping Responsibility
Luxury watches should be returned using the shipping instructions provided by Elite Watches.
If we provide a prepaid return shipping label, we strongly recommend using it.
If you choose an alternative shipping method:
- You assume responsibility for the shipment.
- You are responsible for purchasing adequate shipping insurance.
- Elite Watches is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage that occurs during return transit.
For your protection, we recommend using a shipping service that includes:
- Shipment tracking.
- Signature confirmation.
- Full insurance coverage.
7. Inspection of Returned Products
Every returned watch is carefully inspected upon receipt.
Our inspection may include verification of:
- Serial numbers.
- Model numbers.
- Original accessories.
- Warranty documentation.
- Protective seals.
- Packaging condition.
- Overall condition of the watch.
We reserve the right to reject a return or reduce the refund amount if:
- Security seals have been removed or damaged.
- The watch shows signs of wear or use.
- The watch has been scratched, dented, modified, or altered.
- Original components or accessories are missing.
- The product is returned in a condition different from when it was shipped.
8. Diminished Value
Customers are expected to handle products only as necessary to evaluate them.
If the returned watch has decreased in value due to excessive handling, wear, damage, or missing components, Elite Watches may:
- Decline the return.
- Apply a reasonable restocking fee where permitted by law.
- Deduct an amount reflecting the diminished value from the refund.
9. Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If your return is approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
- Refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
- Financial institutions may require additional time before funds appear in your account.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or a defective product.
Where mutually agreed, Elite Watches may issue store credit or process an exchange instead of a monetary refund.

Customers returning products from outside the United States may be responsible for:

11. Business Customers (B2B)
