We currently work with sellers based in the US. For sellers located outside the US, we evaluate each case individually. Due to customs and import regulations, exceptions may apply. Please contact us, and we’ll provide guidance tailored to your situation.
Do you accept sellers from anywhere?
At this time, we primarily accept sellers from the US. Sellers outside the US are considered on a case-by-case basis, as customs and import rules can affect the process. Reach out to us, and we’ll let you know how we can assist you.
Do you accept all brands?
The dropdown in the form shows all the brands we typically accept — including Rolex, Omega, Breitling, and many more prestigious names. Please note that we reserve the right to decline a watch if it does not meet our quality standards. We are committed to offering only well-maintained timepieces to our buyers, so watches that are irreparably damaged may not be accepted for consignment.
Can I consign a watch without sending it to ELITE WATCHES?
No. Our consignment service requires every watch to be physically examined by our experts first, ensuring full authenticity and an honest representation of its true condition. This is what builds the buyer confidence that drives fast sales — and once listed, your watch benefits from our same-day shipping, a key factor in attracting serious buyers and closing deals quickly.
Where can I find the reference of my watch?
The reference of a watch refers to the model and allows us to identify your watch. In most cases you can find it on the certificate or invoice. For many brands it is also engraved in the case back.
If you are unsure, our expert can help. You can also state all codes and numbers on your watch in the remark field of the form.
How is the value of my watch appraised?
Our appraisal is carried out by experienced watch pricing experts with deep knowledge of the global watch market. They evaluate your timepiece using hundreds of thousands of real transaction data points and historic sales. Keep in mind that the value of your watch can vary depending on its condition, completeness (box, papers, accessories), and current market demand.
One important note: watches listed on public marketplaces haven’t sold yet — they may reflect asking prices, not actual market value, and are often overvalued. Our pricing is based on what watches truly sell for, not what sellers hope to get.
Can I get my watch back before it is sold?
Yes, you remain the owner of your watch until it is sold, and you can have it back at any time. It will be returned to you by a free secure transport within a few days.
If your request is made within the first 3 months, we will charge you a 199€ service and operating costs fee. Once this period is over, your watch will be returned to you free of charge, at any time.
If a service (which you have previously approved) has been carried out on your watch, we will charge you for it.
